What Is The Treatment For Hemifacial Spasm?

I have been diagnosed with hemifacial spasm. Has been steadily getting worse for 1 year now. (MRI shows no tumor or anything else). I have heard about Catalyst therapy being effective, but cannot find out what it is... Age 51, 5/7" - 135lbs. Very good physical health, very active. Not on any medications. Please briefly explain catalyst therapy.
