What Is The Treatment For Huntington's Disease And Memory Loss?

my 64 year old uncle has in the last year developed severe slurred speech,severe crokey voice,memory loss, dribbling. has terrible problems swollowing even fluids and now for some reason both his thumbs have seized in an out facing position and can no longer use them. doctors have done various tests altough none of these tests have been urololigical all tests have come back clear. all these symptoms have occured since the passing of his wife just over a year ago who he had cared for 10 years as she has alzheimer's. he has had berivement councelling and speech therepy but is just getting worse. please help!! thank you regards dan
