What Is The Treatment For Hydroxylase Deficiency Syndrome?

hi, i'm 31 years old married female ... I was diagnosed with CAH ( 17 Hydroxylase deficiency syndrome at the age of 24. I got my first periods also at the same age. I was being under allopathy treatment for the next 3 years & afterthat switched over to homeopathy & accupressure treatment. Still i have very small breast, facial hair, hair around my nipples & navel. As i have been trying to conceive for the past 2 years, have gone some hormonal tests recently as per my Gync.advice. My endocrinologist has said that there are no complaints of CAH were found with my hormone tests report. even my ultra sound scan also reported that there is an evidence of ovulation happened after my last period which was on 12th June 2011. I missed my period last month & my Gync suggested to take Duphaston for 5 days. I have not yet got my periods after the course of the tablets. My husband's sperm reports are normal & perfect. My question is why i'm not getting pregnant even though i have been ovulating. ????
we are planning to go for IUI / IVF. My doctor suggested to undergo some more tests/studies about the fellobian tubes and the in depth hormonal study like AMH etc.

Kindly suggest me the suitable treament procedures should i follow to get conceived ASAP.
