What Is The Treatment For PCOS And Hypothyroidism?

HI.. i have pcos and hypothyroidism. Am taking thyronorm daily. I never did sex with anyone and still am a virgin. For 2 days i got brown discharge very less not even touching my panty. I dont know the reason about this sudden periods. As am pcos patient, i dont get my periods at all its been a very long time since i got my period now. plz help
