What Is The Treatment For Poly Cystic Ovaries And Vaginal Irritation?

i m 24 years old i hav aborted 3 times by taking medicine "mesoprost " about 3 years ago.now i m having delay in my periods for the last 2 years and the gap is about 2 months in my period cycle. sometimes i hav slight bleeding for one day and then again after 10 days but no complete period . i consulted my gynacologist ,after check up she told that i m having "polycistc overies''.again the delay in periods is occuring.i had my last period 2 months ago. now when i have intercourse then i have slight clot type ,little brown fluid and i have irritation in my vagina .plz tell me what to do
