Hi i'm 27 year old from India and suffering from Pcos can u plz tell me wat do u do to cure it...???
i m on metformin and itz been 1 year of my marriage not able to concieve yet !!! Well a year came and went and still no baby ...
the Met did help a little with weight
i also take fenugreek seeds soaked overnight in water and ACV also.
Previously I was on Clomid 25 mg for 2 months and on Letrozole as well. Since last 2 months i have started Dieting and not having
sugar product at all. I read dat Wheat and rice is not good for PCOS can u plz suggest me what to eat and what not. Please Help !!
