What Is The Treatment For SI Joint?

I had SI joint dysfunction with my last pregnancy 3 yrs ago. I have had intermittent flare ups since. The pain used to be localized to my R SI joint, I have also had referred pain to my R groin. This week out of nowhere I have been having pain in my RLQ. It is a pinching type pain and fluctuates in intensity and feels like nerve pain. Is it possible to have referred pain into my RLQ from this or should I look into it further?
