What Is The Treatment For Tuberculous Lymphadenitis?

Hello doctor, I am (age -28, weight - 45) on forecox medicine since 20 days. I have a lymph gland swelling and pain in left side of the neck below the ear. I have been detected with TB adenities. I had done a LFT before starting the treatment which was normal and after 15 days after the medicine treatment which gave ALT and AST as almost 3 times of the threshold value. what should i do (any personal measures) to avoid ALT and AST to go beyond 3 times. and still if the AST and ALT go high then what is the next treatment that i should take. please advice.
