What Is The Treatment For A Back Ache?

I have had dull middle back ache, worse when lying down, for approximately 18 months. During the last 3 weeks this has become more acute on the left side and hurts to press, around the lower ribs. Significantly I have developed very purple mottled skin on the left side, from my bra line to my left hip.

I really appreciate your concern this could be due to the lumber spine problem and for this you have to get done the MRI test this is important one because your condition is chronic and now this is the right time to find out the cause of this, mean while the pain can be manage with the following medicine
1) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
