What Is The Treatment For A Blood Clot?

I went to the doctor and the nurse couldn t find my vein so she started poking me in my arm to find a vein she never fould one this was 7 days ago. today i have a big black mark on my arm and it hurts like crazy, is this a blood clot or will it go away in time? .

Seven days later is quite a time. If it would be a direct result of the procedure it should have happened earlier. So most likely you are now suffering from phlebitis (vein inflammation). You might try self-treatment with careful cooling, and Topic Heparin gel. However it would be better if your GP would see that. If you get fever, chills, etc., it’s an emergency.
