ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, your description is not very informative but what I can gather from this is that your nasal septum is deviated and you got that operated few times. Mid face grows till the age of about 16.5 years. Any surgery for nasal septal correction may lead to a recurrence of deviation. Now you are 17, you can go ahead with a revision surgery but before that a careful evaluation of your symptoms is required as it not always that an anatomical deviation needs correction. Regards
