What Is The Treatment For A Bruise?

i suffer from inner thigh bruising. How can I make it lighter because I have long legs and it very obvious to me and its getting worse. it also takes from the beauty of my legs and looks weird because of my lighter toned complexion please help me!!!

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to bruising in the inner thigh. Bruises develop from damage to blood vessels that reside under the skin. I recommend to use a vitamin K cream for local application. The bruises may need some days to recover.
