What Is The Treatment For A Bump In The Clitoris?

hello, i have a penny dime size swelling and blue/purple bruising on what i think is the top of my clitoris and the top left side of my inner labia. It was white at first, but now its blue and purple. I ve had it a few months now. I ve been to the gynecologist and they sent me to a dermatologist. The dermatologist said it was dermatitis and gave me some ointment to use, the kind you use for eczema and itching. It itches a lot. Nothing is happening. color isn t going back to normal, and it s still raise above my skin slightly, so still swollen. I have the same thing right above my anus. It itches a lot, and and is blue/purple with white surrounding it. I have no idea how to bring it back to normal.
