What Is The Treatment For A Cyst In The Pubic Area?

Hi I am extremely concerned about what feels like a cyst in my perineal area (between vagina and anal area)...it feels like a large pimple under the skin...even though the size is much larger (more like a small grape)...it feels infected...like it has fluid in it that needs to come out...I had anterior/posterior repair approximately 2 yrs ago...and this cyst like fluid sac is right on the incision site...when I have a bowel movement it protrudes...could this be some sort of abscess?
