What Is The Treatment For A Dermoid Cyst On The Neck?

Hi, my 3 1/2 old daughter has dermoid cyst on her neck. She had it removed twice already but it still coming back. Is there special diet that she should follow? and the surgeon said he took the surrounding where the cyst was? I don't want her to go through surgery again. What do you think?
