What Is The Treatment For A Flap Inside The Cheek?

I have what I can only describe as a flap on the inside of my cheek. It is a little sore when I play with it, but otherwise fine. Most concerning is that it seems to have appeared over night (I did not bite or scrape it). What could this be and will it heal on its own or should I seek dental care?

Hello, thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic.
As you are mentioning that you have a flap inside your cheek, it looks that it might have occurred because of trauma only.
But if it is painless, then there is nothing to worry, as it will heal on its own. Just observe it , if it starts creating any problems, then visit a good dentist.
Hope it will help you.
