What Is The Treatment For A Hard Lump On The Face?

i just noticed i have a hard lump on the side of my face right next to my ear where a sideburn typically is. what could this be. it is not a pimple. it is under the skin. it had a small white head but i scratched it off. i tried squeezing it but nothing came out. it hurts and its hard about the size of a pea.

an FNAC test can confirm it
