What Is The Treatment For A Itchy Rash On The Genital Area?

Hi, I noticed prbably a year ago a spot on my thy thats closer to the genital area that was a darker color than any other area its kinda itchy sometimes. I also reciently came across that i have it on my butt too on both cheeks and i didnt notice this being there when i found the first area. this area is really itchty and i get little scabs because i itch it to hard maybe you could help me figure out what it is
