What Is The Treatment For A Lump In The Pubic Region?

I have this dark looking lump or bump on my pubic area and it s been there for about a year probably and when I squeeze it white puss, a clear fluid, and sometimes blood comes out and I m starting to squeeze harder and harder now because I want it to go away but it stays anyways I don t know what it is or how to treat it I ve never had sex so I don t think it s an std I just want it gone

Dear, thanks for posting the question.
I feel, the lump at your pubic area can be a result of folliculitis that is hair follicle infection. Often friction, waxing , shaving etc can result into this folliculitis. But as you say it's been an year now and you also see pus draining out through it, you should get it checked by gynaecologist/dermatologist before it worsens.
I advise you should never self suppress your lump as this will trigger it more and lead to delayed healing.
You should try to change the material of your inner wears and it should not be too tight as this leads to constant friction at your pubic area and thus the lump has formed. Wear soft cotton breathable materials.
It would be for your good health visiting concerned doctor without delay and he would be prescribing some antibiotics in oral/ointment form.
