What Is The Treatment For A Pea Sized Lump In Armpit With A History Of Mononucleosis?

Hello there, My name is Shea. I am a 17 year old male.
About a week ago, I noticed a pea sized lump in my right armpit. It had hurt for a few days, but now it does not hurt anymore. With that being said, the lump still remains. The lump is not on the surface of the skin, yet, it is behind the skin. It is somewhat hard and tender. I have had mononucleosis in the past year, and I don't know if that would have anything to contribute to my current situation. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to check it out but thought I could get some information here.
Please reply asap, Thank you very much!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your worry, the mononucleosis is nothing to take with the swelling you have noticed, but this could be a lymph node prominent lymph nods are very common in this age and that is not due to any disease this will disappear with the time no need to worry about this, hope this could clear your doubt, have nice time.
