i do not want to wear spectacles . please tell me solution any medicin or dite and exersise .

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error.
The treatment for this is by wearing spectacles for correction of the refractive error.
Since you do not want to use spectacles the next options are contact lenses or refractive laser surgeries like LASIK.
Diet rich in vitamin A and eye exercises will prevent progression of refractive error but will not treat it.
