What Is The Treatment For A Protruding Vein Under The Breast Going Down Towards The Stomach?

I'm a 46yr. old female. I have had what feels like a charlie horse in my right calf for 1 wk. I put heat on it 1 night & could barely walk the next day. Took 3 ibuprofen and got a message . It came back. Now I noticed a protruding vein under my left breast going down about 2 inches toward my stomach

you have to see vascular surgeon and do venous duplex for the lower limb beside doing blood test(D-dimer).this is to be done on urgent basis beside examing the tender area in the chest
