I have constant sinus drainage, I feel a lump in my throat, and a tightness in my chest when I move. I have no fever. I do have joint pain and my hands swell. I get a squeezing sensation in my throat that wraps around my jaw and squeezes my inner ear. I also, have what I can only describe as "lymphatic pain" as I feel it through my wrists, inner elbows, bottom of my feet and more painfully under my arms, and in between my legs.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sinus infection along with feel of lump in throat and tightness in chest which means you are suffering from condition known as chronic sinusitis. It could be due to infection in lymph nodes as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays, Antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. Co amoxiclav is best treatment option. You should take muscle relaxant as well. You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
