Hi,

Whitish stuff around clitoris can indicate infections like candidiasis or other vaginal infections. Vaginal smear and repeat screening for sexually transmitted infections should be done. Any recent use of contraceptive pills should be ruled out since they can alter the vaginal pH and increase the chance of vaginal infections. Urinary tract infection should also be ruled out. A 5 day course of antibiotics will be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
