What Is The Treatment For A Swollen Eyelid?

I recently had a tooth extraction for an infected tooth that I had only part of a root canal done on. My eyelid on the same side as tooth is now swollen and tender. What could this be caused from ? I still have a lot if swelling in my mouth and bleeding and drainage. But I don't know how they could be linked with my eye.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swollen eye following tooth extraction.
The swelling of the eye is because of reactionary swelling because of accumulation of blood or fulid in the layers of skin of eyelids. It will cone down with antiinflammatory drugs.
Use of hot compression will provide relief.

Thank you
