What Is The Treatment For A Tick Bite That Has Turned Into A Bull’s-eye Rash While Given Prednisone And Azithromycin?

I was bitten by a tick and developed the bullseye rash. I went to afterhours clinic and the doctor did not seem know what it was I was given 4 day supply of prednisone 20mg and Arithomycin 250mg 5 day supply, I was not given a blood test. I also had what I thought was sinus infection but may have been a reaction to a tick. I am now concern that this may not have enough medication for treatment. Do I need to see the doctor again?
