What Is The Treatment For A Varicocele?

I have grade 2 vericocele in left testicle and i have this from last 3 years and I am some how baring this pain every day. Sometime whenever there is no pain I do feel something on left side of my stomach and it is like from right (on totally left part of the stomach) lower side to left upper side of the left part of the stomach. Recently Ultrasound scanning is done and reports says everything is fine but grade 2 vericocele vein in seen on left testicle. Doctor asked me to go for semen analysis to check the sperm count. If sperm count is less or lot of pain is there in surgery is required. Following tablets are given
1) Ubicar
2) Aceclomatam-P
3) Omicap -20mg

Please suggest me what to do. The pain is there from last 3 years and I do want it to be there for life long.
