What Is The Treatment For Abdominal And Vaginal Pain?

Last night I picked up a bag of groceries off the floor and it felt like something in my lower abdomen was being ripped. For the next couple of hours, I had excruciating pain all the way from just below my belly button, down into my vaginal canal. This morning, it still hurts, but not quite as bad, more like severe cramping now. What could this be??
