What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Brownish Discharge?

I m 18 years old and I recently staeyes back on my birth control called necon about four days ago I started my period between a week or two ago. I ve been off my period over a week ago. I ve been having cramps lately and it feels like someone pushing on my stomach and constant stinging. Me and my boyfriend had until protected sex four days ago and he pulled out. Last night I drunk some alcohol so the pain would go away. I woke up early this morning with severe abdominal pains. It felt more stinging than anything. I couldn t move at all. And lafter on today I went to go for the bathroom and when I wiped I had a brownish sticky and stretchy discharge and my stomach still hurts what coukd be the problem? I need help. Thank you

Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

From your description it looks like some kind of pelvic infection.
Still I will suggest you to get a gynecological examination done that includes per speculum and per vaginal examination. This will help to rule out any pelvic infection or cervical polyp or erosion.

Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline 2 times a day for 5 to 7 days .
USG scan is advisable if Gynec check up suspicious about structural changes in Uterine size.

please get counseling done about safe and protected sex activity. This will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
