What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Pain?

I have had 10 days duration of left upper quadrant searing pain radiating to epigastric region may occur immediately after eating or drinking ( I don not consume any alcoholic beverages not even added to food). The pain last for few seconds to less than 10 minutes. I may get the searing pain as often as one episode in an hour or several episodes in an hour. I have had 24 hour of intractable diarrhea and now have been constipated for almost 24 hours.

The pain you described can be due to Pancreatitis or gastritis or GERD>
Ge the ultrasonography and upper GI endoscopy along with the blood work, urinalysis and stool tests.
