What Is The Treatment For Abnormal Bleeding After Stopping Deviry?

Hi, I am 24 yr old and have PCOD but small multiple cysts. My usual menstrual cycle is for 35 days average. I dont take any medications and 5 ft 1 inch tall with a weight of 118 lbs. I recently took Deviry (Medroxy Progesteron) 10mg tablets for 3 days twice daily since I didn't get my period even after 13 days of my 35 day cycle.After 6th day of stopping Deviry, I am bleeding. It's not like usual bleeding and is in dark brownish red. I am worried if it is really a period or just spotting. What should I do now?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Don't worry its period only. Bleeding will be slightly less due to stabilizing effect of Devery on endometrium & its a good effect. Nothing to worry.
