Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of inflammatory acne lesions on face which occurs due to stress, hormonal changes, excessive production of sebum from sebaceous gland and many more causes. I would suggest you to take few medications such as tablet minocycline at day time and isotretinoin tablet at night time. Apply Clindamycin gel on face. Jojoba oil can be used only if you have dry skin. Drink plenty of water. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Take antibiotics as well to subside infection. If pimples persists or doesn't improve in one month ,consult dermatologist once and start treatment.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
