Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello welcome to HCM

I can understand your problem, i think its a time for you start systemic retinoids. start with isotretinoin, along with doxycycline, keep using deriva cms and salicylic acid based face wash.
It should take 4-6 weeks for the response to appear.Just avoid going in sunlight. If unavoidable use umbrella or good non comedogenic sunscreen.

hope information ll be helpful to use
Thanks
