What Is The Treatment For Adenomyosis?

had a ct scan recently and results came back clear with no gross abnormalities in the tract but told i have a bulky uterus. I had a smear 3months ago and this was also clear i also had a ultra sound scan and nothing was found on this either periods normal and no bleeds inbetwen what could be the cause thanks
