What Is The Treatment For An Ear Infection?
Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding ear infection for last three months. Your G.P.had diagnosed as your ear drum is not effected. You are already taking antibiotics but that is not effective and now you had developed a lump anterior to ear and temple on the same side. If your infection is for last three months than it is really a specialist to be consulted. Possibility is of- 1- Wax in ear gets infected. 2- Look your scalp for dandruff. 3- It may be allergic dermatitis of ear canal. 4- Associated with otitis externa polyp. Till you are waiting for specialist you may use ear drop having antibiotic + anti fungal + steroid to get some relief. Regards.
