What Is The Treatment For An Infection Near The Right Ear?

Am I able to upload a pic? I have some sort of infection, Im not sure why or where it came from on the outer right ear. Its VERY painful, swollen, I can feel it down to my jaw, OVERNIGHT! Ive NEVER had a cavity in my entire life, no teeth are sore, what can I do?
