What Is The Treatment For An Injury?

I fell on a rock that had a sharp point and it hit me right below my ribs on the left side kind of between my back and belly. is there anything there that i could of hurt really bad? or is there any reason to go to the er to be checked out? thank u Abigail

There is spleen and left kidney in that region which may get a shear laceration and bleed profusely. But, if you find yourself haemodynamically stable and don't have a rapid pulse rate, that means that these organs are not injured and no intervention is required at present.
