What Is The Treatment For Ankle Fracture?

Hello Doctor,
I have recently met with a car accident and fractured my ankle. I have undergone surgery with 2 screws (one on the left and the other on the right[which has hairline fracture]) a week back.

Can I know when can I start using crutches without putting pressure on my fractured leg ? Also, I don't have any swelling now..
