Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. You are 30 years old female and have developed symptoms after developing eclampsia during pregnancy. Such complications are common after severe eclampsia. The symptoms of panic, anxiety are persisting even on medicines. You had severe anxiety and terror dreams in night and this could be due to panic disorder. You are currently on Desvenlafaxine and Alprazolam. Alprazolam is prescribed for symptomatic control of anxiety and panic. If desvenlafaxine is not working then medicines of SSRI group like Sertraline or other SNRI like Duloxetine can help to come out of these symptoms.

Try relaxation exercises and yoga to keep yourself relaxed. Have diets rich in proteins and complex carbs and low in fat. Start taking B12 supplements along with your medicines. Consult a psychiatrist for evaluation of your symptoms and prescription of drugs. The symptoms you have mentioned don't fall in diagnosis of epilepsy.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Take Care
