What Is The Treatment For Anxiety?

hello,
I have recently been feeling a sense of anxiety. I have felt that things in life do not seem real. I do not feel like myself and I have heavy eyes and pressure in my frontal lobe. I am wondering what this possibly could be. I have rapid heart rates and I feel the need to cry randomly. I have recently gotten the shakes.

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have underline depression with anxiety disorder. Rapid heart rates, tremor with crying spells are in favor of anxiety symptoms. You need treatment with antidepressant and that would help you to control this anxiety. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. You can also try relaxation exercise.

Thanks
