What Is The Treatment For Arm Pain?

Hello my name is Steph and lately for the past 5 days or so I've been experiencing very sharp aches and pains in the bendage of my arms, my upper legs, the back of my knees, in the back of my kneck and wrists. I'm really worried. I've noticed that whe this happens to me I get heavily fatigued and my breathing rate increases. I've researched and googled these symptoms and I've found nothing that helps. Can you help me?...please:)
