What Is The Treatment For Back Bone TB?

hello doctor...i am suffering from TB...that occured through backbone...
this back pain is from past 5 to 6 months...but TB has diagnosed recently... i am taking medcinies right now...and doctor has told me to take absolute bed rest for 3mnths...do i need to continue this TB medicines life long? and how long does this back pain and TB take to cure?
