Hi in pregnancy there are certain physiological changes in the body. Towards the end of pregnancy somewhat I third trimester bulky uterus can exert pressure on bladder so frequent urination is observed. Moreover tone(tightness) of various sphincters decreases due to hormonal changes observed in pregnancy. So a pregnant women can partially loose control over urination. They also experience heartburn as sphincter between stomach and esophagus(food pipe) is comparatively relaxed and acid mixed food particles come up in food pipe. After delivery these will gradually come back to normal.
