What Is The Treatment For Bilateral Mild Pelvicalyceal Fullness?

What is the treatment for having bilateral mild pelvocalyceal fullness? Findings of my ultrasound The right kidney measures 102x41cm while the left measures 118x51mm. Echopattern is homogeneous corticomedullary borders are intact. No intestinal calculi seen. There is mild fullness of both wolves and causes. No focal solid nor cystic lesions noted.

Hello,

The mild fullness of both calyces can be sometimes seen if scan is done in full bladder. And in the absence of any stones or normal bladder it does not have any significance. I would suggest to repeat the scan after 6 months. If you have significant urinary symptoms like hesitancy during urination, urgency or not able to control urination, should scan the bladder and then plan for study of bladder function through an urologist.
