What Is The Treatment For Black Sores On Butt In Paraplegic Person?

Paraplegic has an oozing sore on butt between cheeks that is getting worse, turning black and is deep. It started as kind of a sore but is getting worse and has started oozing bad, and turning black , upper part between cheeks of butt. It smells and when I spread his cheeks it looks like it is getting deep.
