What Is The Treatment For Blisters On Penis And Whitish Yellow Liquid?

Doctor,I woke up today and my shorts were wet,I rushed to the washroom to urinate,I urinated and found some whitish-yellowish liquid on the foreskin,yeah,I do have blisters on my penis head but will it go by itself or do I have to worry about it or worry about the liquid?

It is possible to get this kind of fluid when you have night fall during deep sleep.
Regarding blisters, it may be because of infection or dry & rough handling of genitals during intercourse/masturbation.
