I got to know about you from, DNA news paper where you written an article about Borderline personality Disorder,,

I think I was living with a person having BPD for last few year, Is book “Stop Walking Eggshells “good to understand BPD behavior? Or could you please refer any other book which can help me on this subject?

In case, you want to get some knowledge about BPD, better to read ICD 10 or DSM 1V TR. These are the book use by psychiatrist to make diagnosis of borderline personality. These would help you to get right knowledge in this area. If you need further help, you can ask.
