What Is The Treatment For Brain TB?

my mother is suffering from brain TB since 2007 and now she is ok, now she is suffering from hernia and have operation; Now post operation her legs are swelling and having breathing problem as her speaking power is gone due to brain operation on 2007.
Now she cannot walk cannot move her hand also and is having terrible pain; since her hernia is 25 years old lots amount of water and fat gets out from there. She is in our house what do you think about her problem what do you suggest.
