Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be due to the eosinophelia, a change in the blood due to the allergy. The reason for parahilar density, may be a sign or tuberculosis as well. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenilefrine, citrizine, and diethyl carbamazine citrate. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
