What Is The Treatment For Bruise In The Right Arm?

For a week I have three bruises on inside right fore arm. largest near my wrist. 5 to 10 times a night I have sudden painful aching lasting about 10 seconds. Had sonogram today. Dr said blood flow good. I ll return for Doppler test for blood clots, but Dr guessed it might be a nerve problem. I do like to sleep on my right side and right shoulder is frequently sore. A week ago I did heavy lifting of chest of drawers and 3 hours of tennis (1 hr is my norm). Any ideas?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having purpuric rash.
My treatment advice is -
1. Take diet rich in vitamin c like citrus fruits.
2. You need to go for investigations like bleeding time, clotting time and prothrombin time.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are injectable vitamin K, tranexemic acid given only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
